Yes. Your health insurer needs your current address so that premium invoices and reimbursements are correctly delivered. A change of canton can also affect your premium, as health insurance premiums are graduated by canton. Adresio notifies your health insurer automatically.

Late registration with the residents' register may result in reminders or fines (up to CHF 300) depending on the municipality. For private service providers there are no penalties, but misrouted post and missed invoices can result.

For most services: yes. The residents' register accepts notifications via eUmzugCH. Adresio bundles all of this — you fill in one form. Only the road traffic office still requires a brief in-person step in some cantons.

Mail forwarding is a Swiss Post service that automatically forwards post sent to your old address to your new one. Especially useful in the first weeks after your move — recommended for at least 3 months. Included in the Adresio Comfort and Carefree packages.

You enter your old and new postcode and your moving date. Then you choose which organisations you want to notify — Adresio automatically calculates your price. You pay securely with TWINT or credit card. Afterwards you enter your personal details once. Adresio forwards everything and you receive a confirmation per notification directly by email.

Yes. Adresio processes and stores data exclusively in Switzerland. The AHV/AVS number is stored with separate encryption and never transmitted in plain text. OCR photos are irreversibly deleted after processing. Adresio is fully DSG and GDPR compliant.

Yes. In the Carefree package, household members are included. You can add partners, children and flatmates — Adresio notifies all persons in one go. Pets are also automatically notified where applicable.
